Here is a really great example of advertisers making very misleading scientific claims. Pay attention to the impression you’re left with (what you think they’re saying) and then rewatch and pay careful attention to what they’re actually saying. If advertisers technically never utter something false but leave you with a false impression, are they responsible? Are they acting unethically?
